Introduction to Jichang Garden: Jichang Garden, also known as Qin Garden, was built in the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty (about 1520). It was created by Qin Jin, a descendant of Qin Guan, a poet in the Song Dynasty. Jichang Garden uses superb scenery borrowing and sophisticated techniques of stacking mountains and managing water to create a natural, harmonious, lively and wild scenery of mountains and forests. It is a famous villa-style classical garden at the foot of the Yangtze River in the south of the Yangtze River. There are many ancient buildings in the park as well as exquisite scenic spots such as Nine Lions Terrace, Beauty Stone, Jinhui Ripples, Yupan Gallery, Zhiyu Sill, Qixing Bridge, and Bayin Stream. The Garden of Harmonious Interests in the Summer Palace in Beijing and the Kuoran Grand Duke (also known as Shuanghezhai) in the Old Summer Palace were both built after the Jichang Garden in Huishan, Wuxi.
