Introduction to Woyuntang: Woyuntang is the main building of Jichang Garden. It was built from the 20th to the 27th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1592-1599). It faces east from the west and has two entrances, with a patio in the middle. . This hall was the pick-up place for Kangxi and Qianlong when they visited Chang Garden. Cao Yin, the grandfather of Cao Xueqin, the author of "A Dream of Red Mansions", also wrote poems in Woyuntang. In 2000, the church was rebuilt into a three-couplet-five-frame round hall with the Jiangnan architectural style of the Ming Dynasty. It has two rolling sheds in the front, a "Yizhixiang" boat shed pavilion, and a corridor in the back. There is a row of floor-to-ceiling long windows facing east; there is a long window in the middle of the back wall and half windows in the secondary rooms on both sides. The interior is paved with square tiles, and some of the original Ming Dynasty strips of flooring are retained to preserve historical information. The platform in front of the hall is surrounded by stone railings composed of lotus pillars and Ruyi pattern railings, which are old items from the time. Climbing down the steps, there is a stone corridor.
