Introduction to the ruins of Monk Huibao's Taoist Temple: Huibao, an eminent monk from the Tang Dynasty, traveled here and found it pleasing to the eye. He determined to "build a hut under it" and tried his best to build Baochan Temple. After Huibao passed away, his disciples renamed Huashan Mountain as Baochan Mountain in memory of him. Rich local gentry donated money to rebuild the temple and built large and small pagodas 200 meters away from the temple. The large pagoda is 20 meters high and the small pagoda is 15 meters high. The two towers overlook the temple, facing each other from a distance. Unfortunately, both pagodas and one temple were destroyed during the Cultural Revolution.
