Introduction to Tavagon: Tavagon means "wide river" in Spanish. The high temperature of Arenal Volcano turns the nearby Tavagon into a hot spring. The locals used black and gray volcanic rocks to create hot spring pools. The water temperature is marked on the sign beside the pool, with the highest temperature reaching 42 degrees Celsius and the lowest temperature reaching 27 degrees Celsius. Dotted with the surrounding tropical flowers and tall palm trees, it outlines a beautiful picture.
