Introduction to Heshun Bridge and Hemei Bridge: Heshun Bridge and Hemei Bridge are landscape passages connecting the East District and the Central District. The Heshun Bridge is modeled after the common ancient waterway bridges in the south of the Yangtze River. It is 138 meters long, 4.8 meters wide, and has 9 holes. The whole bridge has dragon heads. 36; Hemei Bridge is 66 meters long, 4.5 meters wide, and is a 13-hole covered bridge. Yixing has very hot summers and a long rainy season. The covered bridges are very popular as they provide shade, shelter from rain and rest.
