Gun City Introduction: Dong'ao Island Gun City is located on the ridge of Aokou, Dong'ao Island. According to the "Xiangshan County Chronicle", this gun city was built in the seventh year of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty (1729), and there were 50 troops stationed there. It faces the sea on three sides and the mountain on one side. The stone city wall is 2.5 meters high and 1.5 meters thick at the top. Its layout is rectangular, 48 meters long and 20.5 meters wide. It was announced as a cultural relic protection unit in Zhuhai City in 1987.
