It has 26 floors, 24 floors above ground, 2 floors underground, and is 139.9 meters high. Although Qingdao Customs is named after Qingdao, it is a Shandong port. The general administration agency for entry and exit supervision has jurisdiction over more than ten customs offices including Jinan, Zibo, Weifang, Yantai and Weihai.
