Introduction to the "Rixintang" building: The "Rixintang" building was built around the end of the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty. It was once the residence of Mou Molin's eldest grandson, Mou Zongzhi. According to feudal family rules, the eldest son and eldest grandson inherit a larger share of the ancestral property than other descendants, so this "Rixintang" became the richest man among the six families and the most prestigious in the manor.
