Introduction to Chishan Pagoda (Chishan Pavilion): "Haifeng County Chronicles" recorded by Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty: "Chishan Pagoda is located in the east of the city and was built by Ye Weiling, a member of the Chongzhen Gengwu Emperor (1630)." Ye Weiling, a native of Haifeng, was built during the Chongzhen period of the Ming Dynasty. The Ministry of Rites all gave the official service to Ye Gaobiao's grandson. It is an octagonal seven-level, imitation pavilion-style solid tower, 20.63 meters high. The ground floor perimeter is 23 meters. The first to fifth floors are built with gray sand, and the sixth to seventh floors are built with blue bricks. In 1997, the People's Government of Haifeng County announced it as a cultural relic protection unit.
