Introduction to the Kangxi Imperial Banquet Room: During his tour to the south, Emperor Kangxi once had a "Manchu-Han Banquet" at the largest Fuman Tower in Nanyang, where Manchu and Han officials were seated at the same table. I am full of praise for the special dishes of the Lake District. During the dinner, Kangxi saw the harmonious coexistence of Manchu and Han people and thought about the prosperous Qingming Dynasty, so he happily wrote the words "Heheju Restaurant" in a pen. From then on, Fumanlou was renamed "Heheju Restaurant", and later generations also called it Kangxi Imperial Banquet Room.
