Monument introduction: The monument body of the Railway Guerrillas Monument is composed of sailboats and figures. The sail is 30 meters high and the boat is 20 meters long. It has a reinforced concrete structure and red and white granite veneer. The monument is 37 or 77 meters high, symbolizing the July 7th Incident in 1937. The title of the monument was inscribed by Wang Zhen, the former vice president of the country, and Liang Buting, the former secretary of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, wrote on the back, "The names of the Weihu Brigade, the Canal Detachment, and the Railway Guerrillas will last forever." The writings are all inlaid with 24k gold foil.
