Introduction to Daming Lake: Daming Lake Park is located in the north of Jinan Old City. It was built in 1958 and was named after Daming Lake in the park. The park covers an area of 81 hectares. It is centered on the lake, with half water and half land, forming a beautiful landscape of "lotus flowers on four sides, willows on three sides, one city with mountains and half a city with lake". Daming Lake is one of the three major scenic spots in Jinan and is known as the "Pearl of the Spring City". Literary men of the past dynasties, such as Li Bai, Du Fu, Su Shi, and Yuan Haowen, have all wandered here and left famous poems that are universally acknowledged.
