Introduction to the Tomb of Concubine Ji: When local residents were plowing the land around a hill in Gushang, they discovered hairpins and other accessories used by women, and the tomb of Concubine Ji was discovered.
According to historical records, the Kingdom of Ji and the Kingdom of Lu have been married for generations. In 721 BC, the king of Lu State married Boji to Jihou as his princess. Five years later, Boji's sister Shuji married Jihou. Later, Boji died. Not long after, the Marquis of Ji was attacked by the Qi State and fled to King Ji Gu. The Marquis of Qi buried Boji with the courtesy of the wife of the State of Ji. After Ji Hou occupied the mountain for 8 years, he died in the twelfth year of Duke Zhuang of Lu, which was 682 BC. In the spring of the same year, "Ji Shuji returned to Wu".
