Among them, the plaque inscribed "The Great Man" by Yang Tingli on Pengqiu Road in Taipei in the 59th year of Qianlong's reign (1791 AD) is the most famous. The words come from Mencius Teng Wengong Chapter 2: "Wealth cannot be sexual, poverty cannot be moved, power cannot be subdued, this is called a true man."
