Lu Si Gong’s introduction: When the Old Ancestral Palace began to take shape, local people enshrined Shi Shibang’s longevity throne in the right wing corridor of Thean Hou Temple to express their gratitude for Shi Shibang’s kindness to the old Ancestral Palace. The inscription "Shi Yaodetang" is written on the top of the sacred urn, and beside it are enshrined: "The Prime Minister, the sixth-grade military officer Zhang Wanchun, the throne of longevity" and "the lotus seat of all the monks and masters of this palace in the past". Every year, October 25th of the lunar calendar is the birthday of Shi Shibang. Descendants of Shi Shibang living all over Taiwan come to Lukang Tianhou Temple to worship their ancestors.
