Introduction to the Cultural Festival: From 2006 to 2008, Lukang Tianhou Temple held an event to pay homage to the ancestors at the Meizhou Ancestral Temple in Fujian for three consecutive years. Nearly 500 believers voluntarily participated every year. In 2008, Tianhou Palace was invited to participate in the key event of "Mazu from all over the world returns to her natal home" of the "10th Meizhou Mazu Cultural Tourism Festival" held in Putian, Fujian. In 2009, Lukang Tianhou Temple Mazu and Meizhou Mazu's golden body patrolled Anxinghua for the first time, becoming one of the key activities of the China Meizhou Mazu Cultural Tourism Festival.
