Introduction to Huaji Manbao: "Huaji Manbao" is listed as a national first-class historic site. It was inscribed by Chen Shilie, a member of the Yunlin Reclamation Bureau, in the spring of the 13th year of Guangxu's reign in the Qing Dynasty. The first inscription on the inscription is: The imperial envoy was assigned to the Chen Fangbo Reclamation Department of the Taiwan Military Preparation Road; the last signature is: In the spring of the 13th year of Guangxu's reign in the Qing Dynasty, it was inscribed by Chen Shilie, a member of the Yunlin Reclamation Bureau. This block was established in the 13th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu (1887) when Liu Ming came to Futai and vigorously carried out the policy of land reclamation and reclamation, and set up reclamation bureaus across Taiwan to promote reclamation. At that time, there were still aborigines living in scattered places in the Jiji area today. In the Dongjiao and Jiji Dashan area, Jiji was under the jurisdiction of the Yunlin Reclamation Bureau at that time. This inscription was created by Chen Shilie, the reclamation committee member of the Yunlin Reclamation Bureau at that time, to commemorate his reclamation deeds.
