Forest introduction: Lizhong Water Forest was once a deserted beach in the early 1980s. Later, it was developed and utilized to turn it into a lattice, and tree species such as pond cedar and metasequoia that were adapted to grow in water were planted. In the middle of the forest, economic crops such as taro and rapeseed were planted. Today, more than 100,000 metasequoia, pond fir and other species of trees have grown into tall, dense and vibrant water gardens.
