Introduction to Ouhuazhou: Ouhuazhou was established by Zeng Zhiyao, the magistrate of Taizhou in the early Northern Song Dynasty. During the reign of Emperor Shenzong, Huang Facao, the general magistrate of Taizhou, planted plum blossoms and wrote poems here, which attracted many people such as Su Shi and his brothers to sing. Chen Gai, the magistrate of Taizhou in the Southern Song Dynasty, built the "Floating Incense Pavilion" on the island and carved the poem "The Original Rhyme of Plum Blossoms" by Su Shi, Su Zhe and others on the stone wall, which was called the "Poetry of the Four Sages". The Ouhua Island is now built, combined with the curved river bank, and the Yellowstone rockery is placed on the steeper slope. At the same time, lotus, lotus root and other plants are planted in the water.
