Introduction to the River Diversion Project Memorial Square: The River Diversion Project Monument was established by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government. To the west is the "Taizhou River Diversion Project Monument" written in the handwriting of Comrade Chen Huanyou, then Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. The stainless steel sculpture evolved from the cursive character "水" and is shaped like the word "Yijiang". It is more like a sail, implying that our water conservancy industry can ride the wind and waves and create greater glory.
