Introduction to the Gaogang Ship Lock: The Gaogang Ship Lock is a control building connecting the Yangtze River and the Yangtze River in Taizhou. The lock chamber is 196 meters long, the clear width is 16 meters, and the water depth above the sill is 3.5 meters. The gate is a flat horizontally tensioned steel gate. The shape of the upper and lower gate heads is completely different from the general ship lock architectural style. It is a "sail" style and an inverted figure eight.
