Introduction to Deep Water Well: Deep Water Well is one of the well-preserved Ming Dynasty monuments in the ancient town. According to legend, Emperor Jianwen of the Ming Dynasty hid in a dry well to avoid being pursued by the government. After escaping, he went to Baolun Temple in Ciqikou to become a monk and live in seclusion. People in my hometown call it "raw water well" and "monk water well". Later, it was mistakenly called "deep well" and has been passed down from generation to generation to this day.
