Introduction to Kui Wu's inscription: On the cliff of Baiyan Mountain on the south bank of Qutang Gorge, there is a flat cliff surface tens of meters up and down. It is on this "silk paper" that it is covered with famous inscriptions from the Song Dynasty to the present. There are twelve inscriptions in total. These inscriptions are all inscribed in regular script, official script, cursive script, seal script, etc. The most famous one is undoubtedly the "Ode to the Holy Virtue of Emperor Zhongxing" by the Phoenix Spring. The stone carving is 4.1 meters high and 7.2 meters wide. It was written by Zhao Gongshuo, a famous calligrapher of the Southern Song Dynasty. Zhao Buyou wrote an article praising the virtues of Zen Emperor Xiaozong of the Southern Song Dynasty. The handwriting is very beautiful. Due to the implementation of the Three Gorges Project, in order to protect this exquisite stone carving, "Ode to the Saints of Zhongxing in the Imperial Song Dynasty" has been cut into pieces and transported up the river to the Chongqing Three Gorges Museum for collection.
