Introduction to the ancient cannon: was cast from several large iron Buddhas in the Iron Buddha Temple when Luo Bingzhang was the governor of Hunan in the 30th year of Daoguang reign (1850). They are two cannons, one large and one small. The large 5,000-jin cannon was placed on the grass. On Chaomen City, it was named "Red Robe General", and the smaller one was placed on South Gate City. In 1852, during the Taiping Army's fierce battle in Changsha, cannons were carried to the top of Tianxin Pavilion, resulting in the death of the Western King Xiao Chaogui.
