Introduction to Victory Park: Victory Park was originally called "West Park" and was built in 1915. Its designer was the Japanese "Jizawa Yasumi". In 1938, according to the proposal of the "Manchuria Railway", "West Park" was renamed "Kodama" Park. In July 1946, after the Kuomintang occupied Changchun, "Kodama" Park was renamed "Zhongshan Park". On March 31, 1949, Zhongshan Park was officially renamed "Victory Park".
