Yang Jingyu introduced: In early 1940, the Northeast Anti-Japanese Allied Forces soldiers fought against heavy Japanese troops in the forest and snow fields. In order to preserve strength, Yang Jingyu, commander-in-chief of the First Route Army of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Allied Forces, decided to break the troops into pieces and disperse their activities. Due to the traitor's tip, at about 4 pm on February 23, the enemy discovered Yang Jingyu on Sandaoweizi Mountain southwest of Bao'an Village in Mengjiang County. Yang Jingyu leaned against a century-old pine and shot the enemy with both hands. His shots were all missed, and the enemies fell one by one in front of him. Yang Jingyu was injured in his left hand and was bleeding profusely, but he still stubbornly held the gun with his right hand and shot. At this moment, several evil bullets hit Yang Jingyu in the chest. The blood dyed his military uniform red and seeped into the white snow. Facing the brutal enemy, he shouted with all his strength: "Long live the Communist Party of China!" and died heroically for his country.
