Introduction to Lao Laizi Villa: Lao Laizi Villa is a manor where Lao Laizi, a famous Chinese philosopher and founder of the Taoist school during the Spring and Autumn Period, lived in seclusion and farmed his life to support his parents. It is one of the "Three Terraces and Eight Scenic Spots" in the history of Jingmen. The villa covers an area of 0.25 hectares. It was opened on a trial basis after investing 3.55 million yuan in construction in 1993. It is divided into the main hall, the side hall and the east and west gates. In the hall, wax figures of the Twenty-Four Filial Piety are displayed, such as "Laizi Bancai Yuqin" and "Filial Piety Moves Heaven". It is a place for conducting research on Laozi and providing traditional moral education to the general public.
