Introduction to the Revolutionary Martyrs Monument: The Revolutionary Martyrs Monument is located on the top of Qiuyu Mountain. From April 20 to 22, 1949, the 103rd Division, 104th Division, and 105th Division of the 35th Army of the Chinese People's Liberation Army launched the liberation of Jiangpu, Puzhen, and Pukou. The battle is the prelude and important part of the world-famous Battle of Crossing the River, known in history as the "Battle of Miura". To commemorate the commanders and soldiers who died in the battle, the Revolutionary Martyrs Monument was established in Fenghuang Mountain, Jiangpu County in April 1957. In April 1999, the monument was rebuilt on the top of Qiuyu Mountain and was completed before the Qingming Festival in 2000.
