The temperature is usually high during the day, so it is recommended to wear tropical, casual, thin or natural fabrics. At night, men can wear long pants and shirts, while women usually wear jackets and resort clothes. It is recommended to wear a thin sweatshirt in the evening when the temperature drops slightly.

Shopping recommendations:

Tahiti's famous specialties include coconut oil, vanilla, black pearls, Noni fruit, etc. The island's weavings, colorful salons (here called Pareu), traditional carvings, Monoi (a soap made with added flowers and coconut oil), sunscreen, perfume, traditional CD music and the currently popular tattoos are all the best souvenir choices for travelers.
