Introduction to Baiyun Temple: Located at the top of Taibaiding in Tongbai Mountain, it was built in the 49th year of Qianlong (1784). During the Jiaqing period, it enjoyed the reputation of "Putuo in the south and Yuntai in the north" and was known as the holy land of Chinese Buddhism and Taoism. The temple spans the two provinces of Hubei and Henan. The main hall is in Hubei and the dining hall is in Henan. It is said that "you go to the temple in Hubei and eat in Henan". The ancient well next to the temple is the first well at the source of the Huaihe River.
