Introduction to the Screen Gate: The Screen Gate is the third gate of the Confucian Temple. The above-ground part of the archway was moved to the south gate of Daming Lake Park. To the east and west of the screen door are a dressing room and a sacrificial room, which were used for bathing, changing clothes and preparing sacrifices when offering sacrifices to Confucius. There are also two beautifully painted red archways on the east and west sides, Zhongyingfang and Yuxiufang.
