Jemaa el-Fna Square It is the most prosperous place. Every afternoon, people gather here from all directions to watch the open-air performances on the square. Marrakech's folk art activities have a long history. The most famous are the local Arabic folk songs and dances performed by small singing and dancing troupes from mountainous and desert areas. They are usually performed freely in the square. An unprecedented festival is held here every May. How to get there:
Menara International Airport is located 5 km southwest of the city and is the main airport in Marrakech that receives flights from Europe and neighboring Arab countries. The city also has a railway connecting Casablanca and the north.
A trip around the city in a cream-colored taxi costs about 5-10 dirhams. They don't like to use the meter, but you have to insist, especially if you're taking a taxi from the train station or the airport.
