Introduction to Tianyuan Place: Tianyuan Place is a continuation of Huabo Avenue, covering an area of 11,000 square meters. The design concept is to express people's understanding of the sky in ancient times and the idea that "heaven creates water, and water creates all things". In the center of the square stands the 20-meter-high main sculpture of the Garden Expo, whose shape draws on the shape of ancient Chinese jade congs. The sculpture is in the shape of a towering column. The body of the column uses jade congs to shape natural texture layers (nine layers in total, nine is the Yang number, representing the sky). From bottom to top, the original celestial body map, ancient comet map, and constellation map are displayed in relief. , armillary sphere, astronomical telescope, satellite, space capsule, spacecraft, solar system and other patterns reflect the continuous improvement of human understanding of celestial bodies and the never-ending pursuit of exploring celestial science. The sculpture's column is hollow, and the interior is illuminated to make it appear more majestic and mysterious at night.
