Introduction to Dongzhen Temple: It was founded by Quanzhen Taoist priests Qiu Zhiyuan and Fan Zhiming during the Taihe period of the Jin Dynasty (1201-1208). After the death of Qiu and Fan, their colleagues Wang Zhishen and Li Zhiqing added to the construction, dug a pond and diverted the spring, and it began to take shape. The official name was "Dongzhenguan". The court of the Yuan Dynasty named the Taoist temple the "Xu Palace of the Protector of the Country". Emperor Wanli of the Ming Dynasty named it "Longshou Palace", ordered the construction of "Guoguo Longshou Palace Stone Square", and issued 480 letters of the first volume of "Tao Zang". At this point, Dongzhen Temple entered its heyday, with "the towers and halls were venerable and resplendent in gold and green." After the Qing Dynasty, it gradually declined.
