Introduction to Fan Pagoda: Fan Pagoda was built in the seventh year of Kaibao in the Northern Song Dynasty (AD 974). It is the oldest existing Buddhist building in Kaifeng. Because it was built inside Tianqing Temple, one of the four royal temples in the Northern Song Dynasty, it is also called Tianqing Temple Tower. The tower was originally nine stories high, 73 meters high, but now only three stories remain.
