Introduction to Guoqing Temple: The thousand-year-old Guoqing Temple was built during the Zongxian period of the Tang Dynasty. It was destroyed in the 1960s and rebuilt in 1991. There are now archways, mountain gates, screen walls, Tianwang Hall, Bell and Drum Towers, Mahavira Hall, Sutra Collection Tower, and Zhang's Chamber. The side halls include Sakyamuni Hall, Four Famous Mountain Halls, Thousand Buddhas Hall, Dongyue Hall, Zhundi Hall, and Daxiong Hall. The Holy Temple, Dragon King Hall, Tutu Temple, Ancestral Hall, Guest Hall, Baoen Hall, Monks’ Residence, Zhaitang, etc.
