Introduction to Double Dragon Gate: The five large red characters "Dayu Mythical Garden" are engraved on the huge granite lying horizontally in the garden. They are vigorous and simple, and were taken from the calligraphy works of Yan Zhenqing, a great calligrapher of the Tang Dynasty. Behind the stele, a pair of 6-meter-tall giant dragons stand straight from the ground, with their eyes facing each other and their heads and tails raised, forming a semicircular arch. The dragon image here is taken from the jade pig dragon of the Hongshan Culture in Inner Mongolia, dating back 5,500 years. It has a prominent nose and simple lines. It is the earliest dragon image in my country.
