The Porcelain House is a French-style building on Chifeng Road in Tianjin, which is decorated with many antiques. It was designed by Zhang Lianzhi, the owner of the Porcelain House. He used his collection of ancient porcelain, white marble sculptures, crystal stones and agates, as well as tens of thousands of porcelain pieces, as decoration materials to make the building gorgeously "transformed", covered with a "Chinese coat", and become antique. The precious materials also make the house priceless. The perfect combination of oriental Chinese classical art and Western architecture reveals the designer's grand conception and careful planning, which is a unique one. The Porcelain House is located at No. 72 Chifeng Road, Heping District, Tianjin.

The entire Porcelain House, including the top floor, has five floors in total. Behind it is a four-story strip building, and on both sides there is an annex of more than 200 square meters, with a total construction area of nearly 4,000 square meters. The house is decorated with more than 4,000 pieces of ancient porcelain, more than 400 pieces of white marble sculptures, more than 40 tons of crystal stones and agates, and more than 700 million pieces of ancient porcelain. Zhang Lianzhi, the owner and chief designer of the Porcelain House, said that he wanted to use this building to attract the attention of Chinese people and many overseas people to Chinese culture and make everyone aware of the charm of Chinese porcelain. In his opinion, the Porcelain House is not just a casual building, but more of a cultural symbol.
