Introduction to Tianping Villa: Tianping Villa was built by Fan Yunlin, the 17th grandson of Fan Zhongyan. It is backed by Tianping Mountain and faces Shijing Pond. It covers an area of 5,300 square meters. From east to west, all the buildings mainly include Curbo Temple and Laiyan Temple. It is composed of five areas: Xie, Fan Canyi Gong Temple, Gaoyi Garden and Baiyun Ancient Temple. It is both a whole and each is relatively independent. They are connected by winding corridors, separated by courtyards, and interspersed with ponds, stones, flowers and trees. They are winding and deep, shadows follow the shape, and the scenery changes with each step. It is unique among Suzhou gardens and can be called "a model of mountain garden architecture."
