Introduction to Yanjia Garden: Xianyuan, commonly known as Yanjia Garden, was formerly the residence of Shen Deqian, a famous figure in Suzhou and the editor of "Ancient Poems" during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. In the eighth year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1828), Qian Duanxi built a garden here, built mountains and opened ponds, built pavilions and pavilions, and named it Duanyuan. In the 28th year of Guangxu (1902), Duanyuan changed its owner to Yan Guoxin (Yan Jiagan's grandfather). After repairs and additions, it was renamed Xianyuan.
