Introduction to Yixing Bridge: According to legend, Yixing Bridge was a wooden bridge built by Liu Shilong, the prefect during the Jiajing Period of the Ming Dynasty (1522~1566), in recognition of the righteousness of people named Zeng. It was originally named Zengjia Bridge. During the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty (1662~1722), it was rebuilt into a single-hole stone arch bridge. It is 3 meters wide, 8 meters long, 3 meters high and 4 meters wide. It remains the same today.
