Introduction to Teresian College: College Teresianes (Col.legi de Les Teresianes) started construction in 1887 and was completed in 1889. It is a church girls' school. Due to budget constraints, the academy did not use Gaudí's favorite porcelain collage decoration, and the overall appearance was quite plain. However, through the combination of masonry materials of different materials, it presents a dynamic and changing effect. Gaudí also used the four-cornered cross decoration here for the first time, a design he repeated again and again in subsequent works. At present, it is still a school and is not open to tourists.
