Introduction to Sheshen Rock: Sheshen Rock is the place where the founder of Zhenwu "soared up in the daytime and transformed into an immortal". It is a famous scenic spot in Wulei Mountain. According to legend, after master Zhenwu achieved enlightenment through cultivation in the Five Thunder Mountains, he was extradited by Guanyin Bodhisattva to jump off a cliff here, abandon his body and become an immortal. The small stone pavilion on the top of Sheshen Cliff is called "Feisheng Pavilion", which contains a statue of Guanyin holding the soul of the ancestor. Because the legend of the Zhenwu Patriarch is so widespread that it has influenced countless ignorant people to jump off cliffs, there are inscriptions on the Feisheng Pavilion to warn future generations to "keep yourself safe and know your fate."
