Introduction to Mozhenjing: Mozhenjing is said to be the place where the founder of Zhenwu received enlightenment. The Patriarch Zhenwu failed to achieve the tenth life of Taoism in Wulei Mountain. He was disheartened and decided to abandon Taoism and return to secular life. When he came down the mountain, he saw a gray-haired old woman sharpening an iron rod on the sandstone. The Patriarch was puzzled. He asked, "Old man, what are you doing grinding such a big iron rod?" The old woman replied without raising her head: "The granddaughter in my house is getting married, and I will grind an embroidery needle for her." This is the goddess Zi Qi Yuanjun turned into an old woman and used an iron pestle to grind a needle to enlighten him, making him realize the principle of "grinding an iron pestle into a needle, and the power will come naturally", so he returned to the mountains to practice, and later achieved Zhengguo, attained the Tao and became an immortal. Later, people called the well where the goddess Ziqi Yuanjun grinds needles "the needle grinding well" and built a temple next to it. It is said that anyone who has been here will feel energetic when they look at their shadow in the well water.
