Introduction to Wat Saket: Wat Saket is located on a man-made hill in Bangkok, the "Golden Mountain". It is a famous Buddhist temple in Thailand. It was built during the reign of King Rama I of the Bangkok Dynasty. A pagoda was built on the top of the mountain. The height from the foot of the mountain to the top of the pagoda is 63 meters. Since Bangkok is surrounded by a large plain, Jinshan Temple has become the tallest temple in Bangkok. You can overlook the scenery of Bangkok from the top of the mountain. The main hall of the temple houses a large seated Buddha, which is the largest bronze Buddha in Thailand. Behind the seated Buddha are Buddhist murals.
