Introduction to Ha Long City: Ha Long City is located in the west of the North Bay of Ha Long Bay. The city is divided into two parts by the bay. The west side is called Bai Chay and the east side is called Hon Gai. This is one of the tourist centers and most people use Halong City as a landing point for excursions to Halong Bay.
