Hainan Tropical Wildlife Park is the largest tropical biological park in China. The scenic area covers an area of more than 5,000 mu, with a forest coverage rate of up to 99%. There are more than 200 species of exotic animals and more than 4,000 heads (individuals); there are 280 families and more than 700 species of rare plants, and the animal and plant resources are extremely rich. The park is full of green lakes, towering ancient trees, intertwined vines, exotic flowers and plants, and winding paths, forming a natural and harmonious tropical rainforest ecological landscape.

Hainan Tropical Wildlife Park is located on the bank of the scenic Dongshan Lake, only 27 kilometers away from the urban area of Haikou.
