Introduction to Dongquan Gate: Dongquan Gate runs east-west, extending from Guoqing Road to the west and Guanxiang Lane to the east. It is about 700 meters long and is the main street of Dongguan Street. It has preserved a large number of ancient dwellings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, especially Yan Famous for its commercial and residential buildings, it is one of the protected historical districts in Yangzhou City. The East Circle Gate was formed in the Ming Dynasty. During the Zhengde period, the Salt Transport Envoy was living alone outside the city (the old city), so he built three gate towers on the east, south and north sides. The East Gate Tower is the East Circle Gate.
