Introduction to Simei Sauce Garden: Yangzhou pickles are one of the specialties of Yangzhou. During the most prosperous period in history, there were 95 large and small sauce gardens, and Simei Sauce Garden was one of the famous ones. Simei Sauce Garden was founded in the 22nd year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1817 AD) and has a history of 170 years. In the 18th year of the Republic of China, Simei pickles participated in the Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Products Expo and won the second prize.
