Introduction to the Prince Buddha: The Nine Dragon Bathing Prince shows the scene of the birth of Buddha Sakyamuni. Nine dragons flying from the sky spit out holy water to bathe the Prince Buddha and purify him, surrounded by the twelve zodiac guardian gods. According to records, Mrs. Maya was pregnant and was about to give birth. One day she was playing in Lumbini Garden and walked under the Ashoka tree, where she gave birth to Prince Siddhartha. Nine dragons spit out pure water for the prince to bathe. Therefore, later generations of Buddhists will hold a grand "Buddha Bathing" ceremony to commemorate the birth of the Buddha.
